My specialty areas include grief and loss, chronic and terminal illness, trauma, abuse, infertility, post-partum mood disorders, divorce/children of divorce, depression/anxiety, ADD/ADHD, highly gifted/twice-exceptional children, play therapy and family and couples therapy. My therapeutic modality varies among clients but always comes from a strengths-based/empowerment approach. I also have a therapy dog in training and utilize therapeutic yoga interventions as I am also a yoga teacher and have a certificate in integrative somatic trauma therapy, plus multiple training hours in trauma-informed yoga.
